Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Sales Supervisor to join our team in the motor vehicle passenger transport industry. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading and managing our corporate sales initiatives, ensuring the growth and development of our client base. Your expertise in sales strategies and your ability to foster strong relationships with clients will be essential in driving revenue and achieving company objectives. You will oversee a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance and productivity. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in corporate sales, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve corporate sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to enhance their performance and productivity.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and relationship-building with potential corporate clients.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Monitor and report on sales metrics and performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of the company’s services and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
  • Resolve client issues and concerns promptly to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote the company’s services and expand professional networks.

Preferred Candidate

  • Proven experience in corporate sales management, preferably in the transportation or logistics sector.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite to manage sales processes and reporting.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with a persuasive approach to sales.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic is a significant advantage.
  • A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed for client meetings.
