What You’ll Do
Collaborate with a dynamic and expanding team to deliver strategic insights focused on ESG risk, compliance, and asset development .
Stay up to date with regulatory developments, industry trends, and evolving client expectations in the ESG landscape.
Work closely with executive leadership (CxOs) and transformation teams to embed ESG principles into core business operations .
Support clients in advancing their ESG strategies , helping them progress along their sustainability journey.
Monitor global regulatory frameworks in Europe, APAC, and North America —including evolving standards such as the EU Taxonomy, CSRD, and SFDR .
Collaborate with internal teams and risk management stakeholders to identify emerging ESG risks and leverage best practices.
What You Excel At
Expertise in ESG reporting standards and frameworks such as CSRD, EU Taxonomy, GRI, TCFD, CDP, DJSI, TNFD , etc.
Designing ESG strategies and roadmaps tailored to client needs.
Conducting ESG due diligence, assessments , and regulatory analysis.
Advising on and assessing climate-related risks .
Developing impact measurement systems and metrics to track ESG performance.
Creating and deploying ESG tools, solutions, or prototypes that accommodate diverse client requirements.
What You Bring (Experience & Qualifications)
A Master’s degree or MBA in a relevant field such as Sustainability, Data Science, Engineering, or Business Management .
1 to 8 years of experience in business / data analysis or risk modeling , preferably in the ESG consulting or sustainability space.
Solid understanding of global ESG standards and sustainability frameworks (e.g., UN SDGs, SASB, TCFD ).
Strong communication and relationship-building abilities; able to thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments .
Experience in developing ESG digital solutions , tools, or platforms.
Familiarity with cloud-based sustainability solutions (e.g., Microsoft Cloud for Sustainability, AWS Sustainability tools).
Experience with ESG platforms such as Workiva, SWEEP, Enablon, or UL360 .
Professional certifications like GARP SCR or CFA Certificate in ESG Investing will be considered an asset.
