Manage and optimize the online sales channels to drive revenue growth, enhance customer experience, and ensure seamless digital operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage Online Sales : Oversee the performance and functionality of e-commerce platforms, ensuring they meet sales targets and customer expectations.
- Optimize User Experience : Continuously improve the user interface and user experience on the e-commerce site to increase customer satisfaction and conversion rates.
- Analyze Sales Data : Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Coordinate Marketing Campaigns : Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute online marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
- Inventory Management : Ensure accurate inventory levels are maintained on the e-commerce platform, coordinating with the supply chain team as needed.
- SEO and SEM : Implement and manage search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) strategies to drive traffic to the e-commerce site.
- Compliance and Security : Ensure the e-commerce platform complies with relevant regulations and security standards to protect customer data.
Education
Bachelor’s degree is Marketing, E commerce, Business or relevant filed
Experience
