Responsibilities
Build and own the sourcing pipeline and candidate pool.
Screen candidates for interest level, salary range, relocation needs, etc.
Source and develop passive candidates through networking, cold calling, complex internet searches, social media, research, etc.
Manage job postings.
Work closely with the recruiters to develop and execute sourcing strategies aimed at generating candidate flow to meet overall recruiting goals.
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation within the company’s system.
Ensure compliance with company’s hiring policies and practices.
