Job Summary
Saber Registration Specialist is responsible for coordinating SABER registration of machines and spare parts, including but not limited to : keep track and maintain registrations overview, product registration, certificate renewals and overseeing issuance of shipment certificates by coordinating between internal (R&D, Regulatory, Supply Chain) and external stakeholders (certified bodies, SABER customer support, SASO services), as well as communicating with all parties involved to ensure timely registration and certificate issuance. The Specialist will also ensure ethical conduct and compliance with applicable national and international laws, codes and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Ensure timely registration and renewal of product certificates, keep and maintain files and documents regarding product testing and compliance.
- Maintain supporting documentation (test reports, type labels, etc), product and shipment certificates.
- Efficiently manage timelines required to meet regional and local projects & strategies, proactively communicate with all relevant parties including country / region leader, RA, R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain, Sales and any other functions.
- Establish and maintain good relationships with certifying bodies (e.g. SGS Dubai), SABER and SASO, as well as with internal stakeholders (e.g. EU R&D, MEA RA, UAE SC) ensuring smooth product registration.
- Oversee KPIs for certificate issuance by notified bodies and support cost control related to SABER.
- Give presentations to business management and timely report business issues.
