Selection 90885 / c - We are seeking an experienced BIM Manager with expertise in overseeing and implementing Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes for high‑end, large‑scale mega projects.

With over three decades of experience, The company is specialized in architectural design, urban planning, heritage rehabilitation, and engineering services, offering comprehensive solutions to both public and private sector clients.

About the Role In this leadership role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient use of BIM technology across all phases of the project, from design to construction, ensuring that all project stakeholders are aligned and delivering according to the project's goals. You will lead a multidisciplinary team to optimize the design, construction, and operation processes while ensuring quality, efficiency, and collaboration across all involved parties.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop, implement, and manage the BIM strategy for high‑end, mega projects. Ensure that BIM processes are aligned with project goals, timelines, and budgets.

Lead and manage the BIM team, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to ensure that all team members are proficient with BIM software and processes.

Coordinate BIM activities across various disciplines (architecture, structure, MEP, etc.) to ensure smooth integration of design and construction information.

Ensure the quality and accuracy of BIM models, reviewing models for coordination, clashes, and compliance with project standards.

Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the BIM process aligns with their workflows.

Manage and oversee the flow of project data within BIM, ensuring that all project information is captured, integrated, and accessible to the relevant stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure seamless integration with other project management tools and software.

Provide regular reports to senior management on the status of the BIM process, project milestones, and any issues or challenges encountered. Maintain detailed records and documentation of BIM workflows, models, and decisions made throughout the project.

Leverage BIM technology to improve sustainability outcomes, such as energy modeling, environmental impact analysis, and waste reduction in construction processes.

What We're Looking For

Based in Europe Candidates.

Fluent in English. Proficiency in other language will be considered a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

5 / 10 years of experience in managing and implementing BIM for large‑scale, high‑end projects, particularly in the context of mega developments.

Previous international or multicultural experience is a plus.

Extensive knowledge of BIM software, including Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM tools; experience with project management software is a plus.

Nice to Have :

Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and mentor a BIM team, foster collaboration, and drive the adoption of BIM within the project team.

Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and communicate complex technical issues clearly.
