Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled

Sales Engineer

to join our team in Dubai, with responsibility for driving sales and market development across the GCC region (excluding KSA).

In this role, you will promote and sell our advanced refrigeration solutions to a diverse client base including supermarkets, warehouses, food processing units, installers, and dealers while developing dealer and distributor networks across multiple countries. This position blends sales acumen with engineering expertise, requiring strong relationship-building skills and the ability to deliver tailored, technically sound solutions that meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

Promote and sell refrigeration systems to supermarkets, warehouses, food processors, installers, and dealers across the GCC region.

Identify, onboard, and develop new dealers and distributors to expand market reach.

Provide training and technical support to dealers, ensuring product knowledge, accurate system selection, and up-to-date technical insights.

Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and key decision-makers.

Prepare, present, and follow up on proposals, quotations, and tender documents with technical precision.

Collaborate closely with the engineering team to design and deliver customized solutions.

Conduct market research to identify opportunities, track competitor activities, and analyze pricing trends.

Submit accurate weekly and monthly sales reports, pipeline updates, and sales forecasts.

Provide timely customer and market feedback to management for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales of commercial refrigeration systems.

Strong technical knowledge of refrigeration system selection, design, and applications.

Proficiency in MS Office, refrigeration selection tools, and SAP.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Proven ability to develop and manage dealer / distributor networks across multiple countries.

Willingness to travel extensively within the GCC region (excluding KSA).
