Job Position : Principal Process Engineer Responsibilities
Plan, design, and execute engineering projects based on technical specifications. Analyze and interpret project data, blueprints, and technical drawings. Prepare and review reports, technical documentation, cost & manpower estimates, and risk assessments (TBE, Vendor packages, etc.). Coordinate with project managers, contractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies. Participate in progress meetings, quality checks, and audits. Apply continuous improvement and innovation principles to project work. Actively train and encourage the development of staff to fulfil process and systems engineering roles. Actively participate in discipline-specific design reviews, model reviews, HAZOP, HAZID, and engineering best practices as applicable. Judicious allocation of workload to ensure optimum utilization of resources. Provide engineering solutions to problems encountered during construction or operations. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited institution, with 15 years of relevant experience in design engineering of Oil & Gas projects, including a minimum of 3 years of working experience in Saudi Arabia. Must be registered with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE). Proficiency in relevant engineering software and knowledge of industry-specific codes and standards (in line with Saudi Aramco). Proficient in English (speaking, reading, and writing); Arabic is a plus but not mandatory.
