We’re looking for an Account Manager, HR, GRO, PRO for the rapidly scaling Post Setup business line within AstroLabs Business Growth Solutions, based out of our coworking space in Riyadh—a thriving business hub with 200+ companies. Our specialized team has streamlined regulatory compliance, from renewals of company licenses and documentation to Saudization and governmental portal management. We also offer HR and PRO services to support our clients’ administrative needs as they scale in the Kingdom. The delivery of such client services is vital to their business journey and directly impacts their operations and growth in KSA. Who You Are Our Account Manager, HR, GRO, PRO should be an experienced operations and customer excellence professional with a successful track record managing a diverse client portfolio. The role involves ensuring smooth regulatory compliance, supporting business growth through HR, PRO, and GRO services, and managing license renewals, Saudization, and government portal management. You will play a crucial role in client success, impacting their operations and growth in KSA. We need an independent, detail-oriented, process-driven professional with excellent customer service skills. Strong client relationship management, retention, and renewal skills are essential. What You’ll Do Operations & Compliance Oversee and execute HR, GRO, and PRO services, including license renewals, work permits, Saudization, payroll, and compliance with governmental regulations. Master and regularly use governmental portals (QIWA, GOSI, Mudad, MISA, MC, etc.) to ensure regulatory compliance and efficiency. Build and maintain strong relationships with government entities and external partners to facilitate smooth service delivery. Ensure all client data and documentation are accurately captured and maintained in internal systems. Continuously refine processes to enhance efficiency and service quality, proactively implementing new service offerings. Client & Relationship Management Take full ownership of a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring their HR, GRO, and PRO needs are met with excellence. Provide proactive advisory support, helping clients navigate regulatory requirements and optimize their operations in Saudi Arabia. Manage end-to-end client engagement, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring satisfaction and collecting testimonials and referrals. Handle escalations from junior team members, offering guidance and coaching to resolve complex issues efficiently. Drive client retention and renewals, ensuring high customer satisfaction and continued business growth. Leadership & Development Mentor and coach junior team members, supporting their development. Lead by example, demonstrating operational excellence, problem-solving, and customer service skills. Participate in leadership development initiatives, preparing for future management roles. Contribute to a collaborative team environment, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement. Product & Business Growth Identify and implement new services and process improvements to enhance client value. Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes, ensuring AstroLabs remains at the forefront of HR, GRO, and PRO services. Job Requirements An ambitious professional seeking to grow into a management role. 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Operations, or Customer Success in a KPI-driven environment in Saudi Arabia. Background in HR, GRO, PRO, Company Setup, or Corporate Service is highly desirable. Fully fluent in Arabic and English with excellent communication skills. Strong ability to manage client accounts independently with solutions-driven mindset. Detail-oriented, process-driven, with exceptional organizational and task management skills. Skilled in data analysis and reporting to drive improvements. A natural people person passionate about mentoring, coaching, and supporting team development. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and CRM tools. Committed to professional growth, engaging regularly in training and development.
