الوصف الوظيفيAct as the Application Owner for Core Banking systems, ensuring stability, performance, and compliance. Manage end-to-end integration between Core Banking and other systems such as CRM, ERP, and Digital Channels . Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production rollouts for new releases, patches, and enhancements. Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth operations and compliance alignment. Provide techno-functional support , troubleshooting, and system optimization to enhance business efficiency. Participate in system audits , documentation, and control reviews as required.
Requirements
Experience :
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Banking IT, with direct hands-on experience in Core Banking systems .
- Strong knowledge of Core Banking Platforms such as Temenos, Oracle Flexcube, and Finacle .
- In-depth understanding of core modules including :
- Deposits
- Lending
- Treasury
- Payments
- General Ledger (GL)
- Experience with regulatory compliance and audit requirements within the banking domain.
- Familiarity with Stitch platform or similar middleware / integration technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities across technical and business teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities under tight deadlines.
