FACTORY ACCOUNTANT

Experience Required : 3 to 5 years

Key Responsibilities :

• Record daily journal entries for all financial operations.
• Prepare and review cost reports (materials, labor, overhead).
• Monitor inventory movements and link them to cost accounting.
• Prepare account statements for customers and suppliers.
• Reconcile bank balances and perform bank adjustments.
• Follow up on receivables and payables.
• Generate periodic financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annual).
• Assist in preparing annual budgets and final accounts.
• Coordinate with production to determine unit cost.
• Comply with accounting standards and tax regulations.

Technical Skills :

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., ERP, advanced Excel).

Strong understanding of cost accounting in manufacturing.

Financial reporting and analysis.

Knowledge of Saudi tax regulations (e.g., VAT).
