About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Digital Transformation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and executing digital transformation strategies for our clients, with a primary focus on Saudi governmental entities. You will work directly with the Qiyas / DGA framework, ensuring our projects are aligned with national digital transformation goals and regulatory standards. This position is perfect for a proactive professional with a solid foundation in digital transformation who is ready to take on greater responsibility in a dynamic, client-facing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Core Responsibilities :
  • Strategy Development & Execution : Assist in the development of digital transformation strategies, including conducting gap analyses, defining strategic objectives and KPIs, and supporting the creation of execution plans.
  • Digital Maturity Assessment : Analyze and assess client digital maturity and readiness levels using the Qiyas framework or equivalent methodologies.
  • Project Coordination : Support the coordination and execution of digital initiatives across various domains such as platform development, AI integration, and business continuity.
  • Regulatory Compliance & Documentation : Manage the preparation and maintenance of all supporting documentation for Qiyas / DGA requirements, ensuring traceability and compliance.
  • Progress Tracking & Reporting : Track project progress, compile evidence for deliverables, and help prepare reports and dashboards that align with strategic and regulatory expectations.
  • Client Deliverables : Contribute to the preparation of high-quality official documents in Arabic for government clients, including strategic studies, roadmaps, and audit responses.

Qualifications

  • Must-Have Qualifications : 3 to 5 years of total professional experience in IT, consulting, or business transformation roles.
  • A minimum of 2 to 3 years of direct, hands-on experience contributing to digital transformation strategies and projects.
  • Demonstrable experience working with Saudi governmental entities, with a clear understanding of their operational requirements, workflows, and formal documentation standards.
  • Practical knowledge of and experience with the Qiyas or DGA framework, including involvement in the preparation of compliance documentation.
  • Proven ability to manage components of multiple projects and deliver quality work within deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic, with the ability to contribute to well-structured official documents in Arabic.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for creating professional, well-formatted deliverables.
  • Preferred Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with concepts of digital governance, enterprise architecture, and innovation management.
  • Relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, COBIT, Lean Six Sigma) are a significant advantage.
  • Prior experience in a consulting firm or a dedicated Digital Transformation Office.
