Job Title : Business Development Manager

Location : Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Salary : Up to 25000 SAR + Commissions

Type : Full-time

Experience : 10+ years of experience in sales / business development , with at least 2+ years in a leadership / management role .

About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Professional to join our Client’s growing team! The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales , with hands-on experience in any corporate Sales such as ERP, SaaS solutions, Event & Advertising sales . This role requires a strong hunter mindset, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to close complex deals that turn into long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market growth targets in KSA.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Lead, recruit, train, and motivate the sales team, setting clear goals and monitoring performance.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving client concerns promptly.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and KSA legal / regulatory requirements, liaising with government entities when needed.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, expenses, and branch operations to senior management.
  • Analyze performance data to identify gaps and opportunities, providing strategic recommendations for continuous growth.
