Overview Our law firm in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia is seeking a highly skilled Indian Attorney to join our team. This is an opportunity for an English-speaking attorney with experience in both Indian and international law to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Provide legal advice and guidance on various matters related to Indian law and international transactions

Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions

Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents

Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings

Stay updated on changes in Indian laws and regulations that may affect our clients' business interests in Saudi Arabia

Collaborate with other attorneys within the firm on complex cases or projects

Qualifications

Must be fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing law in India, preferably with exposure to international transactions

Strong knowledge of Indian laws, regulations, and legal system

Experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds

Proven ability to handle complex cases and provide sound legal advice

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Willingness to relocate to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
