About the location :

AMAALA is situated along Saudi Arabia’s northwest coast and is home to some of the most diverse natural environments. Marking a new chapter for comprehensive wellness tourism, Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay will feature 220 keys comprising of rooms and suites, as well as villas with their own private pools, and 26 branded residential villas, all thoughtfully designed to offer breathtaking bay and sea views. The resort will include a luxury spa nestled within its garden of tranquility and inspiration featuring a sculptured waterfall. The Organic Spa Garden will be a focal point and treatment experience set to stimulate the senses, offering extensive therapeutic remedies including halotherapy, cryotherapy, and advanced skin therapies. For fitness enthusiasts, the property will offer a bespoke collaboration with fitness trainer Harley Pasternak to seamlessly merge high-performance training with the limitless potential of Triple Bay’s 300 hectares (741 acres) of untouched hills, wadis, and beaches. The pristine terrain includes trails perfect for canyoning and exploring the rugged cliffs and valleys. Guests and residents can also take part in an array of guided hikes, mountain biking, and equestrian bridle trails, or work on their game at the spectacular 27-hole oceanfront golf course. What You Will Do

Oversee pre-opening setup of all recreation facilities including beach, pools, fitness center, and indoor / outdoor activity spaces.

Develop standard operating procedures, safety protocols, and service standards for all recreation services.

Recruit, onboard, and train the recreation team to deliver world-class service with a personalized and engaging approach.

Manage the day-to-day operations of all recreational areas, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.

Create and implement a dynamic schedule of wellness, fitness, and recreational activities tailored to diverse guest profiles.

Collaborate with Spa, Residences, Guest Experience, and Events teams to deliver integrated guest programming.

Maintain close relationships with guests, handling special requests and preferences with a high level of service and discretion.

Monitor usage of facilities and programs to optimize staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Ensure the safety and security of all guests and staff by enforcing policies and maintaining readiness for emergency response.

Maintain equipment and facilities in excellent condition through regular inspections, inventory control, and vendor coordination.

Track departmental performance metrics, guest feedback, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.

Promote sustainability, wellness, and cultural authenticity through activities and service delivery.

What You Bring

Previous experience in a leadership role in recreation or leisure within a luxury resort or hospitality environment.

Strong operational knowledge of beach, pool, fitness, and recreational programming.

Excellent leadership, guest engagement, and communication skills.

Lifeguard certification, First Aid / CPR certification, or related safety training (preferred).

Creativity in developing tailored guest experiences and activity offerings.

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Pre-opening and team development experience is a plus.

Suitable candidates must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.

Schedule & Hours

Full-time role. Requires flexibility to work across weekends, holidays, and varying shifts based on guest needs and seasonal demand.
