Senior Lead Consultant

to guide and deliver a large-scale migration and modernization project. This role requires both leadership and hands-on implementation capabilities. Responsibilities

Lead design and architectural discussions across the DevOps / CI / CD tech stack. Provide clear technical direction with documented rationale. Collaborate with a remote Technical Architect to align on key decisions. Perform ~60% hands-on implementation work to support migration. Advise the customer on best practices and modernization strategy. Qualifications

Proven experience leading large migration projects (CI / CD modernization). Strong advisory and architecture skills. Expertise in enterprise-grade deployment / migration methods. Proficiency with Terraform, Ansible, GET. Experience with Geo setups and enterprise-scale migration. Strong track record of migrating CI / CD from legacy tools (e.g., Jenkins / ArgoCD) to modern platforms. Self-sufficient, motivated, and confident in client-facing decision-making.
