JASARA PMC is seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Senior Manager – Plumbing and Fire Protection .

Working as part of a single THE LINE organization, this role is accountable for the successful delivery of Plumbing and Fire Protection Engineering from a Design and Construction strategy and systems perspective within THE LINE region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Experience with Plumbing and Fire Protection Engineering from both consultant and client perspectives; familiarity with the approvals process in KSA is an asset.
  • Experience with super high-rise, complex iconic projects involving world-class architectural design firms is an asset.
  • Knowledge of SBC and / or US codes and standards is an asset.
  • Experience in process mapping and process modelling tools.
  • Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Competence in negotiating to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Flexibility to adapt engagement strategies based on evolving circumstances or feedback.
  • Ability to lead and influence teams to achieve desired results.
  • Uphold high ethical standards in stakeholder interactions and communications.

Key Accountabilities

  • Deliver the Plumbing and Fire Protection Engineering Strategy, Design, and Construction scope for THE LINE, supporting project goals related to budget, schedule, quality, and sustainability. Contribute to multi-disciplinary engineering efforts within the region.
  • Lead a team supporting the LINE Design Project Engineering Management teams for regional assets and oversee procurement and management of LINE Projects. Collaborate with THE LINE Design to establish engineering strategies.
  • Overall accountability for the successful delivery of Plumbing and Fire Protection Engineering systems in LINE regional assets, regardless of delivery method.

    • Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in Electrical Engineering and related fields; Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage relationships with diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • High emotional intelligence and diplomatic skills.
