The opportunity

Our FAAS practice is one of the fastest growing areas of our business. As a result, we have a recruitment need for an assistant manager to join our team to support on services related to accounting projects in the public and private sector. The role will be based in Riyad

Your key responsibilities

• Leading the design, documentation, and enhancement of business processes, standard operating procedures, and workflow frameworks within revenue optimization programs.
• Developing operating models and organizational blueprints to standardize practices across government entities.
• Preparing guideline manuals, policies, and visual process maps using PowerPoint and business process modeling tools.
• Supporting transformation teams in aligning processes with financial and performance objectives.
• Coordinating with client stakeholders to validate, test, and roll out the new procedures.
