We are seeking a dedicated and experienced
Quality Control (QC) Inspector
to ensure all construction activities on
Tour project in KSA
strictly adhere to project specifications, international standards, and local regulatory requirements. The inspector will be responsible for conducting rigorous inspections, documenting compliance, and proactively identifying and resolving non-conformance issues across various construction disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct daily, weekly, and final inspections of all construction activities including
Civil, Structural, Architectural (CSA), Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP)
works.
Verify that materials, installation methods, and workmanship comply with approved project plans, specifications, ITPs (Inspection and Test Plans), and relevant codes.
Prepare and issue detailed
Inspection Requests (IRs)
and hold / witness inspections with the Client / Contractor representatives.
Identify, document, and track
Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) , ensuring prompt and effective corrective and preventative actions are implemented.
Maintain accurate, complete, and auditable records of all quality control documentation, including test results, inspection reports, and certifications.
Collaborate with the construction, engineering, and project management teams to uphold a high standard of quality and safety on site.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience
in Quality Control inspection within large-scale, complex construction projects (infrastructure, high-rise buildings, or industrial projects preferred).
Demonstrated experience working on
mega-projects
is highly desirable.
Relevant technical degree or diploma (e.g., Civil Engineering, Construction Management) or equivalent certification (e.g., CSWIP, NACE, ASNT Level II).
Strong knowledge of international quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001) and industry-specific codes.
Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to prepare clear, concise technical reports.
