Territory Lead, Endoscopy, Sports Med, West Region

Overview

We are looking for a Territory Lead to support the growth of our SportsMed / Endoscopy Division in the Western region of KSA. What you will do

Establish and develop relationships with current and potential customers in your area of responsibility and maintain continuity. Track trends, competitors, developments in specific products and legal regulations in your area of responsibility and report to your manager. Carry out sales activities in accordance with regional sales targets and prepare sales reports requested by the manager. Plan, implement and report customer / partner visits and demos in accordance with sales targets and customer demands. Evaluate requests for proposals from customers / partners in your area of responsibility and prepare a complete list of materials according to customer needs. Inform customers about purchasing methods (tender, intermediate purchase, leasing, external purchase, etc.) and cooperate with the tender department in projects decided to be procured, supporting completion and reporting of projects. Keep track of material delivery dates in your area of responsibility and inform customers. Carry out delivery and installation of materials, provide post‑sales user training for product portfolio and attend surgery cases. Bring customer bills to the accrual stage and follow up collections with the Finance and Accounting department to ensure collections are made at given due dates. Communicate customer feedback (complaint) to the Quality Management Representative and Manager, evaluate feedback in your area of responsibility, take necessary actions and report them to the customer and related persons. Prepare congress / demo materials, use them appropriately and deliver materials to the storehouse in a sterilized and non‑damaged condition. Communicate scientific support requests & plans to the marketing department in the regions where you work and support the process. Provide support to the logistics team when needed. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, medical or related field. Minimum 2 years commercial experience as territory lead or similar. Experience in Endoscopy / Sports Medicine field. Proficiency in English. Travel Percentage : None
