Project Director ( Mega Hotel Project )

Responsibilities

Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from design and planning to execution and handover. Develop and implement project strategies, schedules, budgets, and risk management plans. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Lead coordination with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve issues and drive project progress. Monitor and report project performance, identifying areas for improvement. Provide guidance and mentorship to project managers and site teams to ensure operational excellence. Manage relationships with clients, investors, and key partners to ensure satisfaction and long-term collaboration. Qualifications

Minimum 25 years of experience

in construction project management, with at least

10 years in senior leadership roles . Proven track record of delivering

mega hospitality projects , including

5-star hotels, resorts, or large-scale mixed-use developments . Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (Master’s degree preferred). Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, budgeting, and contract administration. Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Familiarity with Saudi building codes and local regulations is highly desirable.
