Your Role : As a Continuous Service Improvement Manager, you will be responsible for driving a culture of continuous improvement across all IT services. You will develop and implement a structured plan to enhance service delivery, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. This involves collaborating with various teams, analyzing performance data, identifying areas for improvement, and leading the implementation of changes. A key aspect of this role is developing a quarterly plan for continuous improvement, ensuring its successful execution, and tracking its impact on overall service quality. You will be responsible for communicating the plan and its progress to relevant stakeholders. Requirements : Proven experience in a service improvement role, preferably within an IT environment. Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) principles and frameworks (e.g., ITIL). Demonstrated ability to develop and implement continuous improvement methodologies. Experience in data analysis and performance reporting. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence change. A proactive and results-oriented approach. Experience in developing and tracking project plans. What You Need : A passion for service excellence and a commitment to continuous improvement.
