Main Skills / Competencies Fluent in both Arabic and English in both verbal and writing Knowledge of MS Office allowing to work in Excel, Word Social Insurance Medical Insurance Laptop SIM Card

Job Responsibilities :
- Plan the project, timeline, and budget
- Work with designers, engineers, and teams
- Follow environmental rules and get approvals
- Buy materials and manage construction
- Set up recycling and waste systems
- Check work quality and fix problems
- Report progress and manage risks
- Talk with clients and support the team
- Keep the site safe and organized
- Finish the project and hand it over
