Job Purpose

The HR Operations & Employee Services Manager is responsible for overseeing and improving all HR operational activities including payroll, government relations, employee services, onboarding, and project HR support. The role also manages company cars, transportation services, and facility-related employee needs. This position ensures compliance with Saudi labor laws, governmental regulations, and company policies such as Saudization, wage protection, and nationalization requirements. The manager drives continuous improvement of HR operations and employee services through automation, best practices, and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Payroll & Employee Financials

• Oversee payroll, advances, overtime, and allowances ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Ensure accurate reconciliation of monthly payroll and benefits in collaboration with Finance.
• Ensure compliance with GOSI and labor law requirements.
• Lead automation initiatives to enhance payroll efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of employee annual leave balances to ensure proper planning and to avoid leave accumulation.
