Responsibilities

Develop and implement the digital strategy for construction projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Lead the integration of digital technologies such as Building Information Modeling (BIM), project management software, and data analytics into construction practices. Work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for digital transformation and process improvements. Provide training and support to project teams on digital tools and technologies. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented digital solutions, making recommendations for enhancements or changes. Manage relationships with technology vendors and stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of digital solutions. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in digital construction technologies.

Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 12 years of experience in construction management, with a strong emphasis on digital transformation or technology implementation. In-depth knowledge of digital tools and technologies used in construction, including BIM and project management software. Proven experience in leading digital initiatives within the construction industry. Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data for decision-making. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively. Experience in change management and training for digital tools. Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies related to digital construction.
