Project This project offers the chance to join a talented Mace team in delivering a major entertainment and luxury hospitality project, collaborating with renowned architects and global consultants. The project involves extensive infrastructure and built assets, delivered rapidly through a hands‑on Construction Management approach, ideal for those experienced in managing both main and sub‑contract packages.

Responsibilities

Manage contractor and subcontractor performance, negotiations, and claims throughout project delivery.

Oversee cost and contract management, ensuring timely and accurate reporting and profitability.

Direct site‑based delivery and execution, ensuring compliance with commercial and legal procedures.

Serve as the primary client contact, building strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction.

Guide and develop commercial teams, driving key outcomes and continuous improvement.

Promote net zero carbon transition, proactively managing carbon emissions during project delivery.

Advise on procurement strategies, contract administration, and best practice implementation.

Qualifications

Degree in quantity surveying / commercial management (or equivalent).

Professional membership i.e. MRICS (or equivalent).

Middle East experience is an advantage.
