International Talent Acquisition Specialist
We are looking for a Cloudera Administrator to manage and support enterprise data platforms. You’ll be responsible for cluster performance, security, and availability while partnering with data engineers and developers to optimize workloads.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and administer Cloudera clusters to ensure stability and scalability.
- Monitor system health and performance, proactively identify issues, and implement fixes.
- Oversee cluster security, including authentication, authorization, and data governance.
- Handle version upgrades, patch management, and disaster recovery planning.
- Partner with developers, analysts, and engineers to provide cluster support and technical guidance.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.8+ years of professional experience in system or data platform administration.Proven expertise with Cloudera Manager and key ecosystem components (HDFS, Hive, Spark).Hands-on experience with troubleshooting, performance tuning, and cluster monitoring tools.Solid knowledge of cluster security frameworks (Kerberos, Ranger).Understanding of high availability, backup, and recovery strategies.Preferred Qualifications
Experience with automation and configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, or shell scripting).Familiarity with cloud or hybrid big data environments is a plus.Core Competencies
