Manager - Cloud Security

Qiddiya Investment Company is actively searching for a skilled Manager - Cloud Security to join our innovative team. As a Manager in this pivotal role, you will lead and enhance our cloud security initiatives, ensuring our cloud environments are robust, resilient, and secure. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement security best practices and manage risk effectively within our cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Cloud Security Strategy & Architecture : Define and implement cloud security strategies aligned with business and compliance needs; Design and enforce secure cloud architectures and best practices for GCP and multi-cloud environments

Security Operations & Incident Management : Oversee cloud security monitoring, threat detection, and incident response

Compliance, Risk, and Governance : Understand compliances and security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, GDPR, etc.); Expertise in risk assessments and drive remediation efforts for security gaps

Identity & Access Management (IAM) : Implement strong IAM, PAM, and Zero Trust principles; Manage service accounts, workload identities, and access control mechanisms

DevSecOps & Security Automation : Embed security into CI / CD pipelines and automate security policy enforcement; Implement security testing for code, application, and vulnerability management

Stakeholder Collaboration & Leadership

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

5-7 years of experience in information security, with a focus on cloud security

Strong understanding of cloud security architectures and controls across various cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Experience with risk management frameworks and compliance standards relevant to cloud environments

Exceptional leadership abilities and experience managing security teams

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the capability to interact effectively with various stakeholders

Certifications such as Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) or similar credentials are a plus

Ability to think critically and problem-solve in high-pressure situations
