Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Art Director with a strong background in video editing and / or animation. The ideal candidate will lead the ideation and design language on clients / projects across all channels. Candidate must be proficient in generative AI in image, video, and sound.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of visual concepts across digital, print, social, and motion.
• Direct the creation of storyboards, animations, layouts, and production-ready assets.
• Supervise and mentor designers, editors, and animators—ensuring a high standard of quality and creativity.
• Integrate AI design tools and workflows into creative processes to boost efficiency and output.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to align visuals with brand strategy.
• Maintain visual consistency across all brand materials and touchpoints.
• Stay ahead of design, AI, and animation trends to bring innovative ideas to the table.
• Present ideas and concepts clearly to stakeholders and clients.
