In this vital position, you will be responsible for driving the highest standards of design quality and innovation across all architectural and interior design projects.

Your expertise will play a crucial role in shaping the identity of Qiddiya, ensuring that every aspect of the design process reflects our commitment to excellence and creativity. You will work collaboratively with various teams, stakeholders, and external partners to establish and maintain design guidelines that promote an exceptional visitor experience.

Responsibilities

• Advise, guide and comment on all aspects of architectural and interior design
• Ensure a high level of design and strategic design deliverables
• Serve as an enabler of design consistency, guidance, and create a framework of design excellence
• Equip design / development Teams with the Core Pillars of design excellence, enabling them to lead and direct the design process effectively. These are Strategic Design Thinking, High level of Design, Psychology of Design, Subjective Design, Design Innovation, Design Functionality, Form and Aesthetics, Spirit of Play
• Offer specialist design insights and strategic design thinking
• Implement standard design systems that drive design performance
• Pursue opportunities for design improvement and innovation
• Create policies and procedures for design processes
• Design education and the transfer of design knowledge from design excellence to development teams
