Role Description

Supervise all transportation and shipping operations related to exports.

Coordinate with shipping companies, ports, and relevant logistics authorities.

Monitor shipping plans and ensure their execution according to the established timelines.

Ensure shipments are delivered on time and meet the required quality standards.

Review and verify export documents (bills of lading, invoices, certificates of origin).

Monitor team performance and assign tasks to coordinators and staff.

Submit periodic reports to senior management on operational progress and address any obstacles.

Ensure compliance with local and international regulations governing export operations.

Oversees : Logistics Coordinators + Support / Data Staff

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Transportation & Logistics, or Business Administration.

Minimum of 5–7 years of practical experience in exports and logistics operations.

Strong knowledge of sea, air, and land shipping procedures, as well as port and customs systems.

Excellent supervisory and leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.

Proficiency in English (spoken and written) to handle international documents and shipping companies.

Proficient in MS Office and ERP / Supply Chain systems (additional advantage).

Excellent communication, planning, and time management skills.
