Responsibilities
Monitoring daily sales activity (PHP, CRM, Excel). Following up on sales emails received from external branches. Addressing issues related to all CRM system users with the Application Management Department. Coordinating customer refund transactions with the Customer Service Department. Coordinating delinquent customer transactions with the Customer Service Department. Auditing customer invoices in coordination with other departments. Providing the Customer Service Department with operational status regarding sponsorship transfers. Resolving salary-related complaints in the CRM system. Coordinating with the accommodation department for the handover and receipt of labor. Coordinating with the Workforce Affairs Department regarding labor absconding and visa issuance. Handling labor deportation in all cases in coordination with Workforce Affairs and accommodation. Coordinating with the Finance Department regarding sales and monthly reports. Preparing individual labor salaries in coordination with various departments. Preparing salaries in the ERP system. Revenue reports at the worker and contract level. Fully monitoring operational processes through daily activities. Preparing salaries for hourly service workers. Working on sector-specific indicators and monthly reports. Seniority level
