Cybersecurity Advisor

Responsibilities

• Provide expert cybersecurity advisory and consulting services across strategic, operational, and technical levels.
• Assess organizational cybersecurity posture and develop comprehensive strategies to mitigate risks.
• Advise executive leadership on cybersecurity governance, compliance, and risk management frameworks.
• Lead cybersecurity maturity assessments and roadmap development aligned with business objectives.
• Support the design and implementation of cybersecurity programs, policies, and standards.
• Conduct risk assessments, gap analyses, and control evaluations against industry frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST CSF, CIS Controls, etc.).
• Guide clients on regulatory compliance requirements (GDPR, HIPAA, NCA ECC, SAMA, etc.).
• Provide recommendations for secure architecture, incident response readiness, and business continuity planning.
• Collaborate with technical teams on threat management, vulnerability management, and security operations improvements.
• Deliver executive-level reports, presentations, and workshops to drive cybersecurity awareness and culture.
• Advise on vendor selection, solution design, and implementation of cybersecurity tools and platforms.
• Keep abreast of emerging threats, technologies, and cybersecurity trends to inform strategy and decision-making.
• Act as a trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment between cybersecurity and business goals.
