We are seeking a highly skilled and experiencedNewgen iBPS Technical Consultantto join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the technical analysis and design phase, ensuring the best utilization of the Newgen iBPS tool. The role involves collaborating with business teams, technical stakeholders, and offshore development teams to deliver efficient business process automation solutions. Roles and Responsibilities : Act as a technical expert on Newgen iBPS, OmniDocs, and BRE, leveraging in-depth knowledge of the tool’s capabilities for process modeling, automation, and optimization. Work closely with business stakeholders to analyze process requirements and design efficient workflows. Configure and customize the Newgen tool, including defining process variables, forms, user interfaces, business rules, notifications, and integrations with external systems. Guide the implementation of automated workflows, ensuring seamless system integration and task assignments. Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and alignment of BPM solutions with business requirements. Prepare technical documentation such as FSD, LLD, ERD, state diagrams, and user manuals to support solution implementation and maintenance. Provide training to end-users and stakeholders on effective utilization of the Newgen tool. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and Newgen tool advancements to drive continuous process improvements. Participate in project planning discussions, offering insights based on technical challenges and feasibility assessments. Skills Required Skills & Qualifications : Proven expertise in Newgen iBPS, OmniDocs, and BRE, with at least 3+ years of hands-on technical experience. Strong background in business process management (BPM) concepts and methodologies. Experience in banking processes, particularly loan origination and accounting cycles. Proficiency in Core Java, JSP, Servlets, EJB, Oracle / SQL, MS SQL. Hands-on experience with JBoss and WebLogic application servers. Familiarity with process modeling languages like BPMN. Strong analytical skills with experience in system integration, OOP, multi-tier software development, and web-based software architectures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and ensure high-quality deliverables. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and draw logical conclusions. Experience in customer relationship management, ensuring effective collaboration with stakeholders.
