Role Overview

The Qiddiya Investment Company is at the forefront of Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 initiative, developing one of the nation's most ambitious entertainment, culture, and tourism destinations. We are seeking a Senior Manager - Strategic Procurement to lead our procurement strategy, engaging with various stakeholders to optimize and innovate our procurement processes.

In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end procurement cycle, ensuring alignment with organizational goals while driving value across our project categories. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to build strong supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and implement best practices that enhance the operational efficiency and effectiveness of our procurement activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Procurement Strategy Development

Develop and implement effective procurement strategies that align with the overall objectives of the Qiddiya project, focusing on cost control, quality, and timely delivery.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, ensuring performance standards are met and exceeded.

Partner with internal departments to assess their needs, translating them into procurement strategies that fulfill project requirements.

Identify potential risks within the supply chain, developing strategies to mitigate them and ensuring continuity of supply.
