Responsibilities

  • Business Development

Prospect and generate new leads across events, exhibitions, corporate, hospitality, and residential sectors.

  • Pitch and present furniture rental solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Assist in negotiating contracts and closing sales deals.
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Provide timely follow-ups and proactive communication to nurture accounts.
  • Sales Execution
  • Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.

  • Collaborate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions in CRM.
  • Market Knowledge
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

  • Participate in networking events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote company offerings.
  • Provide feedback to management on product and service improvements.
  • What kind of person are you?

  • You are highly organised with excellent administration skills and flawless attention to detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA a plus).
  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in furniture, event rentals, or hospitality industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Experience managing and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and sales performance tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
  • You take pride in your work and are thorough.
  • You are unfazed by tight deadlines and conflicting priorities and remain calm and collected under pressure.
  • You have an excellent working knowledge of MS Office suite.
  • You are a quick learner, willing to grow and develop.
  • You are willing to seize responsibility.
  • You are great with people at all levels.
  • You are a confident and engaging communicator.
  • You are self-motivated and can work effectively as part of a team.
