Sr. Project Manager - Engineering Job Summary

With general autonomy, this position has bottom line responsibility for the financial and technical success of the project. It oversees all phases of project planning and execution on very large projects (typically less than $500 million total installed cost). The role involves planning, organizing, coordinating, and controlling domestic and international projects in accordance with established policies, procedures, systems, and requirements approved by the company. The incumbent is responsible for day-to-day contact and communication with the client, focusing on providing client satisfaction. Alternatively, they may manage and oversee contract performance on two or more smaller projects. The role requires industry-specific knowledge and supervision of project personnel through subordinate leaders. The Project Manager may also serve as the proposal manager for major domestic and international project proposals. This position is independently accountable for a major profit / loss center. Qualifications

Typically acquired through an undergraduate degree in Engineering. Minimum of 15 years of related experience, with an average of 20+ years. Several years of experience at the Project Manager level. Additional Information
