Role Overview

The Assistant Spa Manager assists in leading the spa department, supervising staff, ensuring high service standards, and contributing to operational decisions and treatment development.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the spa team, ensuring consistent application of company standards.
• Participate in operational decisions, retail management, and treatment or concept development.
• Interview, train, schedule, and monitor employee performance; implement discipline when necessary.
• Keep accurate records and statistics on spa department employees.
• Actively engage in employee relations activities and programmes; promote harmony between departments.
• Maintain a high standard of personal appearance, hygiene, and adherence to hotel and department appearance standards.
• Develop operation manuals and training programs to grow team members and service levels.
