SCAFFOLDING FOREMAN

Description

We are seeking an experienced Scaffolding Foreman to oversee scaffolding operations on construction sites in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in scaffolding management, ensuring safety, compliance, and efficiency in all activities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the scaffold erection and dismantling processes on-site.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards during all scaffolding activities.
• Conduct regular inspections of scaffolding structures to ensure stability and safety.
• Coordinate with project managers and other trades to ensure timely completion of scaffolding work.
• Train and mentor junior scaffolding staff and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of scaffold inspections and maintenance.
