Architect / Project Manager

What you will do

  • Manage and supervise architectural and finishing works on-site for office renovation projects.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including civil, MEP, and technicians.
  • Review drawings, specifications, and ensure compliance with design intent and client requirements.
  • Manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring quality workmanship and timely delivery.
  • Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
  • Prepare and submit daily and weekly progress reports to the Project Director.
  • Conduct snagging, handover inspections, and oversee preparation of as-built documentation.
  • Resolve design and construction issues promptly to avoid delays.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and local codes.

Requirements

  • Saudi nationality is required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture is mandatory.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Architect and Project Manager in site supervision and finishing works.
  • Proven experience managing office fit-outs, workspace renovations, or similar projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, finishing techniques, and project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.).
  • Registered with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
  • Based in the Eastern Province.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of local building codes and regulations is a plus.
