Enhancing and maintaining a sound understanding of the technical aspects of projects and IT service line’s offerings

Drafting proposals and drawing up project plans with the set guidelines and regulations

Enhancing specialist knowledge on subject matter areas assigned within the IT service line

Building and maintaining contact portfolio with client

Building a business relationship with relevant government officials and clients over time

Planning assignments in a systematic and organized manner and maintaining effective time and project management skills for all assigned tasks

Maintaining daily time records of engagements executed

Managing risk to the firm by adhering to the risk management policies and procedures

Complying with the firm’s training

Ensure allocated tasks are executed in accordance with Company methodology, guidance and professionalism

Ensure technical correctness of all assigned work products / deliverables

Experience & Knowledge :

3+ years of experience with a Bachelors Degree in IT / Computer science / Engineering or equivalent other technical qualifications from a recognized University
Develop technical competence in the specific area of ITC services assigned
Demonstrate the underlying technical attributes expected for the grade
Develop in-depth understanding of technical standards applicable to services assigned
Possess good report writing skills
Possess professional presentation and communication skills
Demonstrate ability to work under pressure and resolve problems
Attain strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and drive change in a collaborative way both internally and externally
A team player with the willingness to learn and develop technical knowledge
