What You’ll Do
Understand users deeply : Run research to uncover values, pain points, and unmet needs across our user base.
Validate rigorously : Test hypotheses and gather insights through interviews, prototypes, and experiments.
Design for impact : Explore and prioritize opportunities based on business and product KPIs.
Shape solutions : Collaborate on design, architecture, and developer experience to build clear, intuitive features.
Lead execution : Drive alignment across engineering, design, and marketing, ensuring quality and delivery at every step.
Own the outcomes : Track success, share learnings, and refine based on measurable results post-launch.
You’ll report to a senior product leader and work with a strong team of engineers. A technical background and understanding of database technology are a big advantage.
Ideal Candidate Profile / Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in product management, with developer-focused products or a technical background
Experience conducting user research activities, including planning, surveys, and interviews
Experience in database and backend technologies, including TypeScript, databases, and familiarity with cloud services and APIs; developer tooling is a plus
High standards for quality, ability to communicate and advocate for perspectives, and a sense of ownership
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to articulate ideas clearly and foster collaboration
Structured thinking, methodical problem solving, goal setting, and stakeholder alignment
