About the Job :

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented QA / QC Manager (site) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the Quality Assurance and Quality Control functions across construction projects, ensuring compliance with international standards, client specifications, and company procedures. This role will oversee the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) and drive continuous improvement to achieve excellence in project delivery.

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Plan (PQP) in alignment with contractual and ISO requirements.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 , local regulatory codes, and project-specific quality standards.
• Lead internal and external quality audits , inspections, and surveillance activities for construction works and subcontractors.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and manage Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to prevent recurrence of quality issues.
• Review and approve Method Statements , Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) , and Material Submittals .
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and site teams to ensure quality is integrated into all project phases.
• Monitor and control the Non-Conformance Report (NCR) process, ensuring timely closure and preventive action implementation.
• Coordinate with client representatives for inspections, approvals, and quality review meetings.
• Provide training and mentorship to site QA / QC engineers and inspectors to enhance quality awareness and technical competence.
• Prepare periodic quality reports, performance dashboards , and metrics for senior management.
• Manage quality documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and readiness for audits and project handover.
