Application Architect – Enterprise Application Integration (EAI)

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a thought leader in developing strategic middleware designs, frameworks, and standards. Translate complex business requirements into scalable, reliable, and secure technical solutions. Collaborate with developers, architects, and stakeholders to deliver both tactical and strategic middleware initiatives. Identify and promote adoption of emerging technologies such as automation, DevOps, Cloud, blockchain, and IoT. Oversee installation, configuration, upgrades, testing, and debugging of middleware technologies across Linux and Windows platforms. Work with and enhance complex, highly integrated enterprise applications. Architect and design production and non-production middleware environments. Ensure middleware solutions meet performance, scalability, and availability requirements. Skills

Proven expertise in Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) and middleware architecture. Strong hands-on experience with technologies such as IBM Integration Bus (IIB), Software AG, WebSphere DataPower, Sterling Integrator, Tibco, and MuleSoft. Proficiency in working with Linux and Windows environments for middleware deployment. In-depth knowledge of API management, SOA, microservices, and messaging architectures. Experience with Cloud integration platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with automation, DevOps pipelines, and CI / CD practices. Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance tuning skills. Ability to evaluate and implement emerging technologies in enterprise environments. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
