Greenland Group is looking for HVAC Technician (IMANCO-STC PROJECT, Saudi Arabia) for the Greenland Group. Job ID : . Responsibilities

Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems and components, including ductwork and electrical wiring. Maintenance :

Perform routine preventative maintenance by cleaning, adjusting, and calibrating HVAC systems and their parts. Inspect, diagnose, and repair malfunctioning HVAC equipment, such as furnaces, air conditioners, and ventilation systems. Customer Service :

Interact with clients to discuss system problems, explain issues, and provide recommendations for maintenance or upgrades. Safety & Compliance :

Adhere to safety guidelines and ensure work complies with local building codes and regulations. Record Keeping :

Keep accurate and detailed records of all maintenance and repair work performed. Emergency Service :

Respond to emergency calls for repairs, often performing on-call duties as needed. Educational Requirements

Diploma in Refrigeration and air Conditioning in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering Skills Required : Telecommunication, Telecommunication Products & Services, Telecommunication Service, Telecommunication or ISP field work Experience Requirements

At least 3 year(s) Experience in the following business areas is preferred : Telecommunication, Training Institutes, Computer Hardware / Network Companies, Real Estate, Overseas Companies, Group of Companies Technical Proficiency

Knowledge of HVAC components, including furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, heat pumps, chillers, and ventilation systems. Problem-Solving

Ability to diagnose complex system malfunctions and find effective solutions. Skill in reading and interpreting technical diagrams and blueprints to understand system layouts. Communication Skills

Ability to clearly explain technical issues and maintenance needs to customers. Physical Stamina

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, work in various settings, and tolerate extreme temperatures. Job Location

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Salary : Tk. 60000 - 75000 (Monthly) Employment Type
