Seeking an experienced ENT Consultant to provide patient-centered care, lead teams, mentor staff, and engage in quality improvement initiatives. The role involves providing expert ENT medical care, supervising training, performing procedures, and fulfilling administrative duties with required medical qualifications and certifications. The consultant will diagnose and manage ear, nose, and throat disorders, collaborate with other healthcare professionals, and ensure compliance with health regulations while demonstrating leadership and communication skills. Responsibilities

Provide high-quality Otolaryngology care and manage patient treatment plans. Supervise training and mentor staff; participate in professional development and quality improvement initiatives. Perform ENT procedures and surgeries as appropriate to the role. Maintain accurate medical records and ensure treatment protocols are followed. Offer clinical advice to patients and colleagues; collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes. Demonstrate leadership in clinical settings and contribute to program development and policy compliance. Qualifications

Consultant level in Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) with three years of experience in a Western hospital. Relevant qualifications in Otolaryngology and board / certification as required (e.g., Saudi Board Certification or equivalent).
