Job Summary : We are seeking a European Nationality to work as a Business Development Manager to lead strategic growth initiatives within Saudi Arabia's rapidly expanding mining sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong network and proven success working with government agencies such as the Ministry of Mineral Resources , major mining companies , and large mining corporations . This role will focus on securing consulting projects, building client relationships, and identifying opportunities in line with KSA Vision 2030's mining sector goals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with key clients including mining companies, government agencies (e.g., Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources), and large mining corporations
• Develop and implement business development strategies to drive consulting services in geology, mining engineering, feasibility studies, due diligence, and ESG compliance
• Lead proposal development, client presentations, and contract negotiations in collaboration with technical teams
• Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and project pipelines in Saudi Arabia's mining sector
• Represent Behre Dolbear Arabia at industry events, trade shows, and government meetings
• Collaborate with technical and executive leadership to align business goals with market needs
• Prepare reports on sales activities, market forecasts, and business opportunities
