Responsibilities
Monitoring and Maintenance
- Daily monitoring of backup servers
- Collecting inventory of all IT equipment
- Verifying storage devices
- Conducting weekly visits to AVMJV, DWSTP, and the main office for IT-related issues
- Monthly backup of networking device configurations
Technical Support
Providing remote technical support to all employeesDesigning and installing computer hardware configurationsInstalling software and networking systemsTroubleshooting network and software issuesInstalling high-level software security systemsTraining staff on newly installed hardware and software systemsResponding to general IT requests and ensuring security software is up to dateIncident Reporting
Reporting incidents that may lead to organizational loss, including occupational injuries, security issues, environmental incidents, and severe non-conformancesSCADA Operations
Controlling the operation of equipment from the SCADA screenProviding accurate, customer-focused technical advice and support to stakeholders, maintaining system integrity and performanceContinuous Improvement
Maintaining and updating industry knowledge and digital developments to support innovation and ongoing optimizationCarrying out other assigned tasksRequirements
