Backoffice Sales Assistant (Junior Level)

About The Role We are looking for a Junior Backoffice Sales Assistant to support our sales and marketing teams. The role focuses on assisting with day‑to‑day operations, reporting, and coordination to ensure efficient execution of sales activities and high data accuracy. The ideal candidate is organized, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn within a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support sales representatives with order entry, tracking, and daily operational tasks.
Follow up with customers and partners to maintain strong professional relationships.
Conduct market research and summarize findings on products, services, and competitors.
Identify and analyse competitors to support strategic decision‑making.
Coordinate with internal departments to assist the sales team as required.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email and phone.
Maintain and update customer and market information databases.
Assist in the preparation of proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
Monitor online tender platforms and newspapers daily to identify new opportunities and share qualified leads with the sales team.
Serve as the focal point for formal tendering and bidding processes.
Track and manage partner NDAs, MOUs, and reseller agreements, ensuring timely renewals.
Maintain records of customer contracts and notify management prior to expiration.
Track sales activities, appointments, and complaints for management review.
Conduct cold and warm calls to potential leads; schedule and follow up as needed.
Maintain and update CRM data and prepare monthly reports.
Support management with daily, weekly, and monthly action summaries.
Perform other administrative and reporting duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience : 0–2 years (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Excellent communication (Arabic and English).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.
High attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to prioritise and complete tasks efficiently.
Knowledge of GPS technology is a plus.
