Full-Time Job Summary : We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant with expertise in Oracle Primavera, Unifier, Aconex, and related Oracle applications and services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and providing tailored solutions to meet client needs in the project management and construction technology space. Key Responsibilities : Identify and develop new business opportunities for Oracle Primavera, Unifier, Aconex, and related services. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase Enterprise Solutions offering and capabilities. Understand client requirements and propose appropriate applications and services from company Portfolio. Collaborate with Delivery teams to prepare proposals, RFP responses etc. Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities using CRM tools. Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets. Stay updated on Oracle product developments, industry trends, and competitor offerings. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows. Required Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, IT, or a related field. 7+ years overall experience 3+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in Oracle or construction / project management software in KSA Market Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business value. Familiarity with Oracle Construction and Engineering Solutions such as Primavera, Unifier and Aconex are a plus.
